Staff Vacancy - Site Manager

Full Time Site Manager Required for an initial six-month contract. 

37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.  

Band 3 (point 11 – 17) £21,775 - £24,445 include fringe allowance. 

We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Site Manager to lead our cleaning team and manage the day-to-day maintenance of the premises providing a safe and clean environment for students, staff and all users. 

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and will have a flexible approach to the tasks undertaken and the hours worked. Duties will include the line management of the cleaning staff, undertaking all health and safety checks and working in partnership with other PCLC staff. The ability to lead a team and use one's own initiative to work independently are required.
